The Problem

The problem is increased mental health illnesses such as anxiety, depression and burnout impact people's relationships, health and their performance. The impact of high levels of anxiety and stress is a reduced ability to regulate emotions, reduced cognitive function and a reduced ability to focus on tasks. There are other potential health impacts if addictions such as smoking or drinking develop as a means to try and manage emotions.

The Solution

AtOne uses virtual reality and meditation to assist with emotional regulation and training the mind towards more positive thoughts and lifestyle choices (via neuroplasticity). The multi-sensory approach of visual, auditory and olfactory takes customers into a relaxed space faster and the individual and group reporting enables users to measure and track their results.
