The Problem

Sadly, many disability and aged care providers in Australia are overwhelmed. They have a lot of paperwork to do, with no time to do it. Current software options are expensive, clunky, or don’t connect with existing systems. And the industry constantly changes with legislative reform. Many care organisations end up using inefficient paper-based ways to manage their client care, roster their staff and stay compliant. This wastes time and money, harms team collaboration, removes real-time visibility of client care, and increases security risks. So we’ve set out to change that.

The Solution

Hey Jean an early-stage, women-led tech startup on a mission to improve the level of care in the disability and aged care sector. We're building a B2B SaaS platform for care providers to help them better manage their client care. We're starting by building software that automates their bookings, rostering, invoicing and reporting, and aim to implement machine learning to support providers to take their care to the next level.
