The Solution

We are building a device that sits on the top of the bath and has a frame which lowers into the bath. The child is put on the frame and the balloon is deflated which allows the child to drop into the bath. When the parent/care wants to get the child out of the bath, they simply press a button and a pump inflates the balloon, bringing the device to the top. When the child is at the top they can be swung around and ideally slid onto a trolley and then wheeled away. We are not making the trolley but simply the device.
