The Problem

The Solution

Our solution is a user-friendly portal that families can use to manage the innumerable aspects of life that are not included in their official NDIS or other package, services and funding. The portal has been developed by and for people with disability. It has been called “a one-stop shop” combination of life organiser, family care notes and coordinator, and training and information hub, with community connectivity options (‘Families Like Ours’, Kindred, etc.). We know from our own family experience and the experience of many included in our research how hard families struggle even when services are funded under the NDIS or other our sources. We have researched the UK and USA to understand product-market fit and believe there is a bigger need there for a suitably adapted version. We partner with reputable not-for-profit organisations to help customers identify and source the services that will simplify and destress their lives. We do not supply care or carers. We do help people better choose and navigate the system of care to their benefit.
