The Problem

The Solution

Our solution, Soter, is an AI-powered “doorstep guardian” that automatically manages visitor interactions: greeting, identifying, and filtering visitors without requiring the occupant to come to the door. It notifies and involves the occupant or caregiver only when needed, helping reduce stress, protect against scammers, and ensures important deliveries are never missed. Soter also logs all interactions with timestamps, images, and summaries, keeping families and caregivers in the loop and providing peace of mind.
