The Problem

Imagine this: you're trying to support someone with a disability and it feels like everyone is speaking a different language. There's no easy way for family, support workers and allied health to be on the same page. That's the challenge Teamy wants to tackle. Right now, there's no friendly, easy-to-use platform that brings everyone together. It's tough for the whole support team to connect, share updates and work on common goals. The result? Progress slows down, confusion creeps in and achieving independence becomes a tougher journey. Families in particular, find it daunting to support independence without a dedicated space to keep up with their loved one's journey. Teamy steps in to be that bridge - making connections simple, communication easy and progress visible.
