By addressing both sides—empowering neurodivergent employees and transforming workplace culture—our program creates lasting change. It enables people with disabilities to access meaningful work, contribute their talents, and thrive economically, while helping organisations unlock the immense value of neurodiverse talent. We’re developing a digital program to empower employees to understand their unique neurotype and strengths, and what they need to be supported and thrive in the workplace in a way that is strengths-based (without pressure to disclose if they feel like it isn’t safe to do so). The program equips organisations to better support all staff, irrespective of neurotype while raising awareness of neurodiversity. In doing so, the program seeks to reduce stigma and unconscious bias, promote psychological safety and create workplaces where differences are viewed as a strength, not a deficit.
