Aaron Cotton is a neurodivergent (self-proclaimed slayDHDer) social entrepreneur, QDN consultant, and former pharmacist turned disruptor in the NDIS housing space.
After years running his own Supported Independent Living (SIL) service, he saw first-hand how the system often forgets the people it’s meant to serve. Refusing to accept “that’s just how it is,” Aaron co-founded Marco Polo Portal; a platform that helps NDIS participants choose who they live with, not just where. His work blends lived experience, clinical insight, and a flair for challenging outdated systems.
Whether he’s consulting, creating tools for change, or sparking reform through memes, Aaron’s mission stays the same: to make the NDIS more human, more transparent, and a hell of a lot fairer.
