Katie McDermott is the founder of See Me Please, a digital-native marketplace committed to transforming the narrative on digital inclusion. The platform prioritises human-centred insights from people with disability and diverse users over audits and compliance — helping teams design digital products that are not only accessible but universally usable

A former Chief Product Officer at Service NSW, Katie brings more than a decade of experience leading large-scale digital transformation across government and industry. She also serves on the Computer Science Industry Advisory Board at the University of Sydney, as a Non-Executive Director of Advanced Pharmacy Australia.
