Through Speckles, Maddy has reimagined children’s vision care, transforming treatment experiences into moments of confidence and creativity. Her brand provides high-quality eye patches and eyewear designed for children, along with trusted education and support for parents.
Drawing from her clinical experience, Maddy built Speckles to bridge the gap between medical care and child-friendly innovation. Her partnerships with The Walt Disney Company ANZ and Chemist Warehouse have brought beloved characters into children’s eye care, raising awareness about early vision screening and accessibility.
Passionate about purpose-driven leadership, Maddy champions women in business and believes clear vision, both literal and metaphorical—is key to meaningful impact. Through Speckles’ partnership with Sightsavers, she supports global programs providing vision care for children in countries such as Liberia and Nigeria.
