Pascal Bijleveld

As CEO of ATscale, the Global Partnership for Assistive Technology, hosted by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), Pascal leads international efforts to make assistive products affordable and available to all. His career spans Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance — where he directed country support and oversaw COVAX vaccine delivery — UNICEF, the Clinton Health Access Initiative, the World Health Organization, and McKinsey & Co. Guided by a deep belief in equity and collaboration, Pascal works at the intersection of systems transformation and market innovation to help build a world where everyone can thrive with the tools they need to participate fully in society.
